it should have come with the book.

i saw the book many times in Brouges (Belgium) but never bought it because of the bad conditions of it(broken in many parts).
Now i'm trying to find it here in Italy but i've never seen it... :(

it is a great book, you see something different everytime you flip through, very interesting write ups aswell.
