Anybody know artist/title from the track in the "K&D summer sessions 2001" video?

I'm pretty sure that somebody knows this one...
At the beginning there's guy saying "Sometimes I wonder...if i know where i'm going...I go for a walk like this...and it seems I have been walking for years and years and years...and I don't know where I'm going...I hear the sound leading me on, and I don't know where it is taking me...".
Then in the middle he says something like "Yes, I'm getting closer...sound is getting louder".
The track was also played in a Jazzanova & Dorfmeister set from 2001 (right before Eric B & Rakim's "I know you got soul" if that helps...).
So, if somebody know it, please post! I'm dying to find that one...THANKS!!
