Marsmobil is the project of singer, composer and multi-instrumentalist Roberto Di Gioia and was produced together with Peter Kruder and Christian Prommer.

Their third album "Why Don´t You Take) The Other Side?" (April 2010, Compost/G-Stone) follows the critically acclaimed “Minx” and once again combines influences from the Beatles to Psychedelic and Krautrock with Roberto´s very own musical ideas.
Roberto Di Gioia has cooperated with artists all over the world, including Charlie Watts of The Rolling Stones, Max Herre, Peace Orchestra, Art Farmer, Woody Shaw, Bill Frisll, Helge Schneider and many others. He also contributed to projects by DJ Hell, The Notwist, Console, Till Brönner and was a member of Klaus Doldinger´s Passport for more than ten years.
